The New Yard!!!

Toby, Jordan and I were talking about something we could do for my parents to thank them for letting us live there. We went through a lot of ideas and we came up with fixing up their yard. They have this planter right in front of the house with really ugly trees to say the least. This is what it used to look like.
UGLY right? Especially compared to the rest of their property.
Then Toby and Jordan tore everthing out. I have to say that I think that it looks so much better already.
Look I'm a helper!!
Jordan too...
Even Sadie helped. She did a great job.
We had to take out a lot of grass. It was really hard. Luckily I had to go to work and I got home just in time to help with the not-so-hard stuff. Jordan and Toby did such a great job. It was way more work then expected, just like every yard project.
We got a peach tree and some lylac trees for planter. We also got a ton of bushed and ground cover. We should start a new TV show. "Pimp my yard" we did a really good job.
Like I said Toby and Jordan did a great job. Toby is one heck of a worker and he had such great ideas for everything!! He also got Jordan to work the hardest he has in his life. So that was nice for Jordan. Jordan helped out a ton. I don't think that we could have done it without him!
Here is a lame picture of the finished product. I wanted to get a better picture but then it snowed. Utah...grrrr.

We still have 4 or 5 more trees to plant. For Christmas and Fathers Day I would tell my dad that I would get him a tree but we never got to it. So we are making up for it now. My parents want to plant them out in the pasture and block some of it off so the horses don't get them..again it snowed right before we were about to get started on that new project.

THE Bed

This is the bed that Jesse and I built while Toby was in Canada. We had so much fun! We were sleeping on an air mattress and so Jesse decided to build us a bed. The design was Jesse's. I was just the helper. It was hard to keep it a secret from Toby but it was worth it when he saw it.

These pictures don't the bed justice what so ever!!! I love it!!!

Sadie's Swimming

Sadie has not been super hot on the idea of swimming. Jesse has taken Sadie up the canyon a couple of times and got her to swim quite a bit but every time Toby and I go with she won't even get close....except this one time!!!

I was so proud!!! It was like watching my baby take her first steps.

She is so cute. She would stand on this rock and watch Ladie swim all over. When Ladie got close Sadie would pounce and start to wrestle with her but then Ladie would go back out in the water and Sadie would just stand on the rock-waiting and watching.

Sadie is now a fisherdog. Ok so the fish was already dead but this is a great picture. Don't worrie I brushed her teeth after!!

CAMPING!!

Toby got home from Canada in the middle of October. We didn't get to go camping at all this last summer. If you know us we love camping. Even though it had snowed the week before Toby was determined to go. I was a bit unwilling after the freezing weather that we were having in the valley and was not about to even consider going up the canyon to staying the night. But the weather got nice and warm so we took advantage.

Anyway we ended up going camping and the weather was beautiful!!! We had so much fun. Jordan, Jesse, Morgan, Brice, Raelin, Ryker, William Toby and I were all part of the camping crew. My mom and dad joined us for breakfast. Its jun having all the family around!!!

Jesse brought his guitar and we had some fun making up songs and just messin around.

Morgan and Brice had a lot of studying to do for tests they had on Monday. Toby and I wanted to stay after everyone left so we could hike and play. We decided to keep the kids and we had so much fun!! So here we are before our hike.

We had to have a funny face picture!
What cute kids!!!!

Just some more random pictures of the cutest kids in the world.

School Pictures

I have never been a fan of school pictures. But for some reason I pick a job that requires me to take one. At least I look more professional. At Mountainville we had casual day so I was in my jeans and my Nintendo shirt for pictures. So at least I'm all growed up this time.I like this picture of my new hair way better then the other one. So some good came from school pictures!
