Russell Pictures Again! And Hand Prints

So my wonderful husband works with a girl who is a photographer and he was telling her my interest in the same field. I have been dieing to get a good camera. So she is lending us her GREAT Cannon camera. She is so nice. She wants to teach me all kinds of tricks. So I have been taking so many pictures and it makes it hard to pick which ones to post. So sorry for all the pictures and I hope I picked the good ones.

Alaina loves playing with him. She was in the car with me and Russell and she kept saying "bebe" and she was making him smile and she thought it was so funny. I love both of these kids.

Oh me makes the funniest faces so here is the first of many.

My frog boy.

So I didn't think that he would want to play with toys so quick but he LOVES to play with anything. It's cute.

Nap time. Why is it that mom is never in these pictures...oh yeah because she never gets to nap.

Oh man this made me laugh so much. Out loud!!

We got his feet printing when he was only a couple of weeks old and we got them back a couple of weeks ago. I LOVE them. Oh man.

We got prints for the Grandparents so here is the one we got for Toby's parents. My mom took her's before we were able to get a picture.

She made us extra ornaments. I think that we are going to make this a tradition.

Cleaning Morgan's House

My mom wanted to go to Morgan's house to clean up and help out seeing as Morgan was really close to having her baby. While my mom was cleaning I was playing!! Alaina and I had so much fun!

I just love that little girl. Look at those eyes.

Alaina loves putting Russell's plug (pacifier) in his mouth. It is so funny.

She set this chair up for herself so she could play with Russell. She is so cute and ready for her new baby.

She was making him smile. It was so cute. I couldn't get a picture of it but this is really close.

She is SO cute!!

Slip n Slide and 4 Wheeler Ride

This is the slip n slide that Brice and Toby set up on the side of the house. It was really cool.

Raelin would run from way back and jump in the air then fly down. It was really cool.

We went for a real ride on the 4 wheeler.

Russell did a really great job until we were about 2 min from the car. It was way so much fun.

It took a while to calm him down but once we did we were gone.

Sadie had a good run if you can't tell. (so nasty)

This water was a much needed cool down and drink.

Mom's Cake and Flower Planting

Toby and I wanted to plant some flowers in the front yard. For some reason we decided to do it at midnight one night. It was fun...

Planting by flashlight was a bit difficult.

My mom and dad came over for dinner one Sunday and my mom brought a cake. It didn't get a chance to cool all the way so when my dad took a turn a bit to fast this is what happened.

I think that it is funny. Especially because my mom's cakes always turn out perfect.

Toby's Birthday and Bridge Moving

Because Toby wanted to bless Russell on his birthday we celebrated the next day. So here are some pictures of his party.

Toby's nieces and nephew from my side of the family. They all just love hanging around their Toby. Alaina call him puppy. She will walk by him and say "Hi puppy" It's so funny!

Alaina was using a carrot to eat ranch dressing. It was hilarious.

Present Time.

I got Toby $20. I am such a good wife!! Hahaha

Morgan and Brice really know Toby. They got him food.

The best present of the night. Bacon. Like I said, Morgan and Brice really know Toby.

He is so stinking handsome. Look at him!!

Then there is this Toby...so silly.

Toby misses hair but I don't think this will do.

My mom made Toby this blanket. He loves it. I think that Toby cranks the A/C just so he can use it.

Brice called one night asking if we wanted to watch them move half of a new freeway bridge. So we went. It was at about 10 at night on a Sunday.

There were a lot more people there then I thought. The people in charge were providing water and popcorn. It was kinda boring but really cool at the same time. If you can believe that.

Russell was sleeping the whole time. He is so cute.

Sweet daddy held him most of the time.

I loaded the pictures wrong and the picture under if the bridge half coming down the freeway. They shut down and redirected the freeway for a couple of hours.

It was crazy that they could move that big of a thing that far. It was fun but not something I would go to again.

The Garage

I don't know if you remember how Toby and I went to Georgia for the month of December. We were able to spend Christmas with Toby's family and Toby built his dad a garage. I posted pictures of Toby and friends working on the project. So here is the finished product:

I think it look pretty good if I do say so myself!! Good job Toby. Well done.

Russell's Baby Blessing and Ruth's Visit

Russell was blessed on May 30th by Toby. We had a great day planned out, Blessing, lunch and visiting with some great people. Toby's mom (Ruth was able to come, but she flew in Sat and flew out Monday. We were sad that is was such a short trip but we were really glad that she could come.

Toby gave the most AMAZING blessing. I am so sad that I can't remember every word. All I know is that I was crying and it was perfect. That little boy is something special.

So here we are right before the blessing.

After the blessing we had lunch at our place. Sadly I didn't get very many pictures of it. But here is a good friend of mine, Demetrius and his wife Audrey. I was so glad that they could come. We had some great food (thanks Ruth for all your help, and thanks mom for you AMAZING cupcakes)

Toby's brother Patrick and his family were able to be there. It was so nice to have so much of Toby's family there. I love getting together with people I haven't seen in a while. Thanks to everyone who came it sure made it really special.

After everyone left (except Morgan, Brice, William and Angel and that comes with them) we played on the wii and we played some ping pong. So much fun. But what a long, busy but great day.

Monday morning before Ruth had to leave we took a walk up the canyon. What a great walk it was.

What an amazing weekend. It was a lot of work but it was well worth it. To be able to bless my boy and have so much love around him was just amazing. It proved that not going to Canada this summer was the right decision.

(P.S. if you get a chance to have one of my mom's cupcakes get as many as you can oh they are so good. I could really go for a dozen right now...if I have enough milk.)
